In this episode, Michelle will take you through an exercise that will help you to continue to build a solid framework from which to approach your new year’s goals.

Grab your notebook and favorite pens, and list out the following areas of personal self-care. Next, on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the most satisfied, rate your satisfaction in each area. Then, consider the what you need more of, less of, or to do differently. Finally, select one think you will implement this week that is small enough to do yet can make a big difference in a positive direction. Being intentional is super important. Add this exercise on top of the Spiritual exercise in Episode 30, and you will have the first two components of a great new year toward your goals.
